These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PearlClean W.L.L. ("we", "us", "our") through our online platform (the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By submitting User Content you grant PearlClean W.L.L. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content as necessary to provide the service and operate our business. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to provide the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

All intellectual property rights in the service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to PearlClean W.L.L., unless otherwise stated. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEARLCLEAN W.L.L. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PEARLCLEAN W.L.L. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR A MINIMAL AMOUNT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PearlClean W.L.L. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the service or by other means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms do not attempt to prescribe a specific jurisdiction; rather, they are governed by applicable laws that apply to the provision of the service. Where permitted, disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, non-exclusive mediation or other alternative dispute resolution. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek equitable relief or to pursue a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction when appropriate.
